Welcome to ShikshaTutors. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using ShikshaTutors, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Roles

Parents/Students: You may use our platform to search for, review, and hire tutors. You agree to provide accurate information when posting requirements.

Tutors: You agree to provide accurate credentials, maintain professional conduct, and fulfill your obligations for any accepted tutoring engagements. Verification badges are awarded at our sole discretion based on background checks.

3. Marketplace & Lead Fees

ShikshaTutors charges fees for certain features, such as purchasing student leads or applying to marketplace requirements. All such fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee that applying to a requirement or purchasing a lead will result in a finalized tutoring contract.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for premium upgrades, yearly subscriptions, or lead unlocks are processed securely via our payment partners. Subscriptions are billed on the agreed-upon cycle and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

5. Conduct & Content

You agree not to post any abusive, discriminatory, or false information on our platform. ShikshaTutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or receive consistent negative reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShikshaTutors acts solely as a marketplace connecting tutors and students. We are not responsible for the quality of tutoring provided, nor any disputes arising between parents and tutors. However, we encourage you to report any severe misconduct to our support team.
